Natural Gas or LP Gas Manifold Pressure Test Kit

For measuring the low pressure in natural gas or LP gas pressure across appliance manifolds, this product features a 2-1/2" dial size, a 40" rubber hose, and a 1/8" NPT male brass fitting, all well-protected and fitted in a moulded plastic box for easy storage and portability.

The pressure range is 0-35" W.C./Ounces per square inch, with a blue zone indicating 2.5 to 4" W.C. for natural gas and 10 to 12" W.C. for LP gas.

The case is made of black steel, with a snap-on acrylic window that can be opened to adjust the pointer to zero. The capsule is a beryllium diaphragm, and the movement and connection are made of brass.

The dial plate is aluminium, and the pointer is also aluminium, with a micro-adjustable feature (open the window to adjust the screw). The hose is a 40' (1 meter) length of black rubber, suitable for both natural gas and LP gas.

An adaptor made of black rubber and a brass fitting to match the adaptor, with a 1/8" NPT male connection, is included to install the gauge on manifolds.

The accuracy of the gauge is +/-3-2-3%, and a brass screw-in restrictor helps to reduce the flow of gas, increasing the lifetime of the device.

Each set of gauge, hose, adaptor, and fitting is well-packed in a moulded plastic box, making it easy to store and carry.
